On the participation of Charge d'Affaires of Belarus in Estonia A. Zubko in the Belarusian Dranik Day in Tallinn

On October 28, 2023 the “Belarusian Dranik Day” was held in Tallinn (home of the International Union of National Cultural Communities “Lira”). The organizer -  Belarusian society “Ljos” (Tallinn).

The event was attended by Chargé d'Affaires of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Estonia Alexey Zubko, representatives of the Belarusian diaspora, residents of Tallinn and Tartu.

Guests of the event were provided with general information about potatoes and a master class on “draniki” cooking was held.

Members of the “Ljos” society cooked 250 potato pancakes with different fillings. The Belarusian song ensemble of the Belarusian Society “Ljos” (Tallinn) performed at the event.

The organisation of the Days of Belarusian Culture in Estonia contributes to the expansion of knowledge about the rich cultural heritage and traditions of Belarus.
